Abstract :
Nowadays smartphones appear as practical tools used in daily activities. Instant messaging is used because it is a means of communicating which is a major human activity. Telegram is a facility used to convey remote information quickly and accurately. The increased mobility of the community outside the home causes problems to turn off the mains directly from a short distance, therefore it is necessary to turn off or turn on the outlet remotely in order to minimize electricity waste and reduce the risk of fire. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the design of a mobile-based remote control device that will be controlled by a telegram. The control system of this tool is to use the ADALINE (Adaptive Linear Neuron) method using the NodeMCU V3 module and a 4-channel relay which can control remote outlets anytime and anywhere. The output of the design is that the outlet can be controlled via a telegram by typing the command ON1, ON2, ON3, ON4 then enter to turn on the socket and typing the command OFF1, OFF2, OFF3, OFF4 then enter to turn off the outlet with the response time speed depending on the speed of the internet connection you have.
