Abstract :
Mra Media Broadcast Media Division company is engaged in Media Publisher, especially radio unit that is active for 24 hours. To do so, it takes a workforce of operators to supervise and operate a radio broadcast during broadcast hours. Every day each radio requires 3 operators on duty and 1 other person gets a holiday allowance. In scheduling the working days and holidays, the management still uses manual calculations that take approximately 2 ? 3 days. In addition to reducing time efficiency, it is also less effective and systematic. Therefore, there needs to be a system of operator work scheduling applications to fulfill 3 shifts, as well as determine the holidays owned by each operator. In this study, monroe algorithms used monroe algorithms to determine the holiday allowances that were arranged for each operator. Using the Monroe Algorithm, the schedule will be arranged automatically and scheduled according to the calculations made. This algorithm is very helpful for operator managers to do their job in compiling the operator's shifting schedule for a period of one month
