Abstract :
At the practice of Drg. Polite Sinamo, Sp. Pros in Medan City, still have difficulty in managing time in dealing with patients who seek treatment and consult first. The existence of patient facilities for consultation is often considered time consuming for sick patients and is quickly treated. One of the services that is still needed here is, where the efficiency of patient consultation time for patients is still not improved, because the service that is still long, queuing to register and waiting for registration queues calls, makes patients uncomfortable with the service in this practice. The Expert System Application for Diagnosing Dental Diseases in Humans is an application that makes it easy for doctors to diagnosa patients quickly without any examination and the application helps to speed up queues because from the running system the main problem of the clinic is the queue of many patients due to long examinations. So that with the patient application, doctors and officers it becomes easier in terms of examination or diagnosis
