Abstract :
Education is a conscious effort that is done systematically in realizing the atmosphere of teaching learning so that students can develop their potential. With pandemic conditions as currently required to do the learning process of teaching online or online, making it difficult for parents and teachers to know the level of learning of the child. By using smart method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) parents and teachers can know the development of children's learning process during online or face-to-face in school. This study uses data that has 3 criteria, namely: the number of absences, the value of the results of the task and the value of the culture. From the results of the study using grade data in October?December and March-May, it was obtained that each student had a different level of learning development
