Abstract :
The thing most often complained by cat keepers is skin disease. Most cats with skin diseases do not seem very sick. Cat owners notice that when cats undergo significant changes, such as hair loss to baldness, reddish skin and even sores. Several methods have been used in diagnosing cat skin disease, including the Forward Chaining method, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, Definty Factor and many more. Each method has advantages and disadvantages, but in this case no one has used this Fuzzy Logic method. Where in this study produced an android-based application to diagnose skin diseases in cats and see the main handling method, if cat skin diseases are no longer able to handle the main treatment and indeed have to bring a doctor, this study also adds an information menu and address of the animal clinic in one region or province, namely Jambi. The results of this method can take advantage of the results to avoid the type of disease and find the final solution for how to treat skin diseases in cats. In this case the authors conducted observational data in the form of filling out a questionnaire aimed at 14 cat owners and getting results that 78.5% had experienced skin diseases.
