Abstract :
To increase the passing rate on the SIM C written test at Madiun Police, alternative media are needed that can increase the understanding of prospective written exam participants to obtain SIM C by providing an educational game or knowledge through a game application that is easily accessible to the general public, adolescents and adults who will make a new SIM C. This study uses a method, namely the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with 6 stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results of the research with the questionnaire proved that 59% of the number of non-graduates on the sim c test, 80.8% of difficulties in theory, the pretest results of 57 people stated that the average value was 4.39 out of 10, then the post test stage was the stage after using the game with 52 respondents with an average value of 9.04 out of 15. So the conclusion of this research is that applications or games that are made can add knowledge about the questions from the SIM C theory test, and it is expected that the passing rate of the SIM C written test participants will increase.
