Abstract :
This research was conducted to predict the sale of gallon drinking water at Toko Bima Jaya. Which in Toko Bima Jaya has no system to forecast sales in the next month. To forecast the sale of gallon drinking water is applied by the Single Exponential Smoothing method. Sales forecasting for the following month can be monitored by admins using web-based apps. With validation testing using MAE(Mean Absolute Error), With the single exponential smoothing method produced 96.76% accuracy for oasis product forecasting and 94.58% for aqua with an error value of 3.24% for oasis and 5.15% for aqua. Based on the presentase can be drawn the concIusion that the appIication of single exponential smoothing method is very good to foresee the dissing of gallon drinking water in Toko Bima Jaya. The result of this research is a sales forecasting application that will be an option for the owner of Toko Bima Jaya in determining how many sales in the future.
