Abstract :
Computer/PC Network Monitoring means trying to make it easier for a network administrator to observe and control connected network systems in a single Building or building. Computer/PC network usage needs continue to increase, causing network systems to be installed in the environment. The design of the system is tried using some measures to get the expected results. Mikrotik Router operating system (OS) as well as Android-based Network Traffic Monitoring application is one of the network monitoring system. Mikrotik Router can connect the installed network system with the Network Traffic Monitoring app created to control the notification system. The Notification System can share when a device has been read and found by the Android-Based Network Traffic Monitoring App via a notification message on an Android device. The results of this research will show that devices connected to the network can be found and read by this Android-based Network Traffic Monitoring App. If the device is off, it breaks and the disconnection connection is hinted at with the Notification message on android. Then when there is a down or problem the administrator will get a notification message via android with the device name and ip address of that device
