Abstract :
The medical service system in Indonesia, especially in the field of mental health, is still quite good. However, there are several shortcomings, especially in the counseling process to psychologists which is not long enough due to many queues of patient. The time given by the psychologist is only at certain times hence it caused less effective method. The costs counseling involved with a psychologist are quite expensive. Smartphone is an information technology where a person can carry out activities on a mobile basic, so patients can use the SaySelf application on a smartphone in purpose to online consult using chat application. This research is based on android which aims to ease patients to consult in real time on a smartphone, reduce time and energy such as visit a psychologist face to face or visit a hospital where patients have to follow registration procedures to get queue numbers, and reduce patient cost because by using this application patients can get free cost to consult. By using a smartphone, the patient can find out the mental health condition and get a problem solution that the patient reports to the psychologist.
