Abstract :
The selection of method is very important in a construction project, because it can get maximum result by doing good method especially in a cost and time side. One of them is in implementation formwork pile cap, that consist of same method such as conventional formwork, multipleks formwork, concrete brick formwork, fiberglass formwork, and knock down formwork. In this research doing comparison observation between cost and duration of implementation multipleks formwork and concrete brick formwork at pile cap project in Manggarai Station with search wide and volume both of that method. To calculate cost use HSP Regulation Ministry Of Public Work No II/PRT/M/2013 by using unit cost material and wages in a capital city Jakarta. Mean while for duration calculate base on the second coefisien method. Result of this research obtain cost multipleks formwork six times usage is Rp. 1.494.595.098 while cost concrete brick formwork is Rp. 2.298.269.374,84 is more economical 34.97% than multipleks formwork cost and for duration of implementation multipleks formwork is faster 46,69% than concrete brick formwork in pile cap P4 is 4,03 days and concrete brick formwork is 7,56 days
