Abstract :
This application is made because the process of document transfer that the archive employees enter the report data of all types of documents in one file, so if the company needs the proper report data, the archive employees still select one by one the report data of documents transfer that have entered. Naive bayes B is one of the machine learning methods that uses probability calculation, whereas this algorithm utilizes probability method and statistic that predicts the probability in future based on the past experiences. The application of Naive Bayes Classifier with text mining as the first data process from a classification application of interference message, so it can be drawn that this research resulted the accuracy of the probability value of 100%. It proves that Naive Bayes method can be used to classify the report of document transfer report so that it can be implemented on the classification application of the document transfer report. This application assists the archive employees in classification the document at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
