Abstract :
Tegal Regency is a large area with a large population but a small population density. In the focus of the government issued a lot of wrong things given to the Tegal Police Station. No one has yet supported all the regions. Causing a compilation of criminals to occur will be quite difficult in handling it. According to the report of the end of the 2018 Tegal Regional Police Station, there were 212 criminal cases. And at the beginning of 2019 there were 3 cases. The existing system is still in the form of ordinary calls so it has not been effective. Ant algorithm is an algorithm adopted from the behavior of ant colonies. An ant colony can naturally find the nearest route on its way from the nest to a food source based on footprints on the traversed track called pheromon. The purpose of making this application is to make an emergency call application and search for the nearest route wherein it uses the ant algorithm as a calculation to get the nearest route based on Android so that it is easy to use. The final results obtained can be known information about the nearest route and compilation of emergency calls criminal acts
