Abstract :
Distributing electricity has high risk assessments and potential hazards to nonroutine work performed by vendors. Currently in nonroutine work performance, there are problems, of some vendors, who are not aware of the importance of implementing health and safety aspects of the work, monitoring construction projects is still performed by hand, so often the sagging of inspection watch is linked to other work so that it prevents vendor work inspection, The slow buildup of files through the data search, as well as the result of aSWA (Stop Working Authority)report on the ground depends on the transmission of the document from the field to the office, monitoring this website-based construction project is being built to address the problem. It has the ability to know the information and development of the project and to fill out a stop working authority report (swa). With the construction of the system, it is expected that zero accident will be zero accident and to make it easier for field offices to charge the reports while in the field and for visual evidence of Image while doing an inspection. Systems design techniques use the uml tools method, the system testing techniques using blackbox techniques, the system development methods using the waterfall method, a method with a sequential model. This research results from a websitebased project monitoring information and reporting.
