Abstract :
In the era of globalization, technology is developing rapidly in various fields including educational organizations. In processing organizational data, now it is not only done manually or processed by Microsoft Excel. This research discusses about the employee data management information systems with a study case in SMP Negeri 6 Watampone where the system manages employee and attendance data. This study uses an enterprise architecture, the Zachman framework, where in this framework, the problem will be described in columns and rows 6x6, which are first broken down into six main perspectives in this framework, then elaborated based on each perspective with 5W + 1H. This research using the waterfall research stage with a black box as a test. From this study it can be concluded that this research produced an employee data management information system which can provide information to users regarding to staffing and attendance data in order to facilitate the identification, analysis and monitoring of educators/educational staff in an effort to present the data quickly and accurately
