Abstract :
Joki by the participant of EPrT have happened for quiet sometimes, this needs a prevention to minimalize the joki because the participants are unable to fill in the answer sheet. In this paper, writer had planned to make an aplication that can do a presence with face recognition technology for participants. This system is in desktop form which equipped with face recognition function from the already installed webcam. When the camera is on, the application can detect the participants? faces, the operator can regist their face into the database. When it?s time for EPrT, participants only need to come up to the operator to do a presence process from this applicartion, if the system approve it, then the system will show the student?s ID number and their name, if it?s wrong, then it can be that the participant is a joki. Result from this research showed that system which has been designed able to do a presence with face recognition technology from webcam and is able to see a presence data in real-time.
