Abstract :
Pelindo II Panjang branch has long loading and unloading activities, starting from waiting for the loading and unloading queues and the process of loading and unloading ship, which sometimes does not correspond to the specified time causing the long queues of ships at the port. The process of determining the operation of dry bulk loading and unloading is seen from the agents who register first, and do not use other references in determining the loading and unloading operations. Topsis is a method used in making these decisions. To determine the operation of the dry bulk loading and unloading ship, an operational determination of the dry bulk loading and unloading is made using the topsis method. This method is used as a calculation of the results of agent data research. The results of this application in the form of ranking will assist the operational part in determining the operational process of dry bulk loading and unloading ship.
