Abstract :
The research examines the business operations of the Employee Welfare Foundation (YKK), which has been the process of hiring employee loans, employee loan calculations and employee loan approvals are still conducted in a convesional Several issues in the lending process. To resolve the issue is designed a Web-based YKK business operational application by using the CodeIgniter and Toad framework as a database to store the necessary data related to the current application Developed, the purpose of making YKK business operational application is to assist YKK to facilitate the data and manage the employees who want to get submission of old day benefits (ENT), transport assistance and holidays, the result of this research YKK's business operations are assisting YKK in data management and managing employees who wish to obtain the old day allowance (THT), transport and holiday assistance. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD).
