Abstract :
In the calculation system determining LDC (Language Development Center) assistants still uses conventionally calculation. Moreover, the weight of criteria is not the first thought, and it is difficult to determine if an assistant is not completely different. Decision support systems as semi-structured data processing systems into information and make them fit for decision-making. The method used in this study is the weighted product method in which the rating of every attribute must be transmitted first to the weight involved, then intertwined with the multiplication method. The recruitment processing system of LDC is intended to know the names of assistants quickly, accurately, and get the best results. In this case, it can be deduced that this web-based and android system can help the chief of the laboratory and the candidate for decision-making and data processing so that recruitment results are found to be one of the alternatives in the process of assistant recruitment.
