Abstract :
The house is a basic need (primary). Apart from functioning as a means of shelter, the house is actually a basic human need. The house is a shelter for everyone. Everyone will want to have a home that is comfortable and in accordance with their wishes. But there are still many who complain about the comfort of the house, for example the house is too narrow or not in accordance with his wishes. Advances in science and technology have encouraged humans to try to overcome all the problems that arise around them and ease the existing work. One technology that is currently developing is a web-based system. With this system a web-based home category mapping system can be created. In his final project, the author makes a web-based home category mapping system using the K-Means Clustering method. This system has an output that is there are raw materials and costs needed when wanting to build a house. It is hoped that this system can reduce the difficultes of community when they want to build a house
