Abstract :
ENT is a problem that is around the ear nose and throat. The existing problems will affect human health. To overcome the disease or problem due to virus / bacterial attack, the patient must consult with a doctor who handles in his field, namely ENT specialists. But there are still many people who do not know for certain the symptoms and diseases that occur around the ear, nose, and throat. This writing aims to build an application that can facilitate patients in consulting about ENT disease by utilizing expert systems and certainty factor methods. The certainty factor method is used to determine the results and solutions that can be trusted with the value of certainty factors. This writing resulted in a consultation application about ENT disease, which can be accessed by patients more easily without having to see an ENT specialist.
