Abstract :
Payment transaction system in Indonesia's gas stasions is still using manual system that is the customers pay the fuel oil with cash, which is causing several problems such as mistakes in the process of returning money that takes more time and increase the number of queues that occur at gas stations. This research based on web that aims to simplify the payment transaction process, minimize calculation errors and shorten the transaction time so it could minimize the number of queues at gas stations. Smart Card is used as a media for the trtransactions process, where customers can pay the bills by tapping the Smart Cards on the available RFID Reader and selecting the type of fuel and then entering the amount of the price. With this application, customers can more easily do the payment transactions, can minimize the queue at the gas station and the gas station officials can monitor the purchase data of fuel oil.
