Abstract :
Competency Portfolio Test or also known as UPK, is a series of testing processes to obtain evidence that employee competencies can meet the desired level of competency or position requirements. Initially portfolio collection by employees of all PLN units in Banten to PLN Banten Distribution is still carried out manual so that there are many weaknesses including time and energy consuming, inefficient, and difficult to put together the portfolio documents that have been collected. In the previous assessment system during the assessment process can be found the same value so that later it will be difficult for assessors to select the portfolio of employees. This study aims to create a web-based application system that is used to facilitate employees in collecting portfolios and facilitate the assessment process in selecting employee portfolios. In this application applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for the assessment process, where the criteria used are originality, analysis and synthesis, and systematics of writing. The data used were 5 with different weights in each criterion. This study took a case study at PT. PLN Distribution Banten.
