Abstract :
At the time of the project work process, employee performance monitoring is needed to conduct monitoring and supervision so that the project runs according to plans and targets. The absence of an assessment system from the results of monitoring that has been done, causing the company to have difficulty being able to know and determine the quality of employee performance. So with this application will be built on employee performance appraisal on the electricity network project using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. This method is used to measure employee performance based on established criteria. The criteria used are based on any problems that occur when employees do work on a project. Problems that often occur are related to discipline, project progress, cooperation, neatness to the material, work safety. With the application of employee performance appraisal, the company can find out the quality of employee performance on electricity grid projects. Thus the employee performance appraisal data from the monitoring results will be stored in an application in an orderly and orderly manner so that it is easy to use when the evaluation process will be applied to the employee's performance on the electricity network project.
