Abstract :
The maintenance process is the main thing in maintaining a device so that quality and performance remain normal. In the business world, SI (System Integrator) companies certainly do not only have one or two customers but more. PT Nusa Network Prakarsa is a company engaged in the field of System Integrators and has quite a number of customers. Device wear-out to customers can occur at any time influenced by unexpected factors. For this reason, it is necessary to hold a maintenance process or more specifically preventive maintenance which aims to prevent damage from occurring and be able to respond responsibly to any damage that occurs at any time. Preventive maintenance is carried out regularly by the PT Nusa Network Prakarsa Engineers. The preventive maintenance process itself is carried out by taking configuration data from each device on the customer to be used as a backup file. The file will be used when one device is damaged so there is no need to reconfigure it from the start. This study aims to make it easier for engineers in the process of taking configuration data using a python programming language based program. Based on this study, the results obtained are programs that can retrieve perngkat configuration data on customers automatically.
