Abstract :
Improper study program in collages is not a new phenomenon in Indonesian education. Based on research by the Indonesia Career Center Network (ICCN) in 2017, it is known that as many as 87 percent of Indonesian students admit that the courses taken are not in line with their passions. The application design concept uses the Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) as a Decision Support Systems. This application was created to make it easier for prospective students to choose study programs and colleges that match their talents and interests. By answering the questions and entering the criteria weights the study program and tertiary institution recommendations will emerge that are suitable and in accordance with needs. With the results of this mothod up to 99,56 percent will recommendation users to determine which study programs and colleges to enter
