Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to develop a monitoring application plan that will handle the project data process and be integrated in a timely manner and can support the completeness of project data and documents so that it can meet the performance requirements for improving the performance of the Project Management Office PT team. Aero System Indonesia. The application design concept uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method as a design aid. The research phase is carried out by identifying project problems that become solutions, collecting data needed in designing the system by understanding the procedure of activities. The results of this study are to reduce the failure rate of a project that was initially as much as 10% to be more reduced. And for testing the software using ISO 9126 with 6 aspects of the project monitoring application get 74.2% results (Good).
