Abstract :
Chatbot is a program in artificial intelligence that is designed to be able to communicate directly with humans as users. Information obtained from chatbot is expected to be able to help answer questions on the constraints faced by new customers of Bone Regency PDAM, such as constraints on working hours of employee offices so that outside these hours PDAMs cannot be visited, other than that customers must open a website to find information needed but sometimes the information needed is not listed on the website. Chatbot was built using the TF-IDF and Cosine Similarity methods. The TF-IDF method is a method for calculating the weight of a word to a document, while the Cosine Similarity method is a method for calculating the similarity between two objects expressed in two vectors by using the keywords (keywords) of a question as a measure. The data used in this study amounted to 7 FAQ questions, the results showed the percentage of the accuracy of the classification of system questions by 86%.
