Abstract :
On data processing of business trip there were several problems such as the difficulty of access to information about budget activities, processing data takes long enough, the difficulty of knowing the letter have been approved. Receipts of payment activities not computerized it well. To help Ministry created an application that can control and monitor a budget trip, knowing the status of the task service already processed or not processed. And help speed up the process in the course of duty. In this study the author uses the method of software development for the waterfall Software Development, to design applications using Data Flow diagrams (DFD) and testing applications using Blackbox testing, in addition to designing databases using MySQL as well as in terms of the implementation of the author's application to use the website. From the results obtained, the quality of the device in terms of ease of use (usability) is 72.6% of users agree, 22.1% of users strongly agree, 0% of users disagree and 5.3% of users disagree.
