Abstract :
In this study, the process of evaluating the performance of assistants in a language laboratory still does not have a system that can manage student assessment data into information. So from these problems, the system design was made for the assessment of assistant performance using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Using this method can produce an assessment for each criterion on each assistant. Using this method can produce an assessment for each criterion on each assistant. From the results of testing the accuracy of the criteria obtained weighting results of performance criteria, namely Submission of Material which is the highest criteria value is 0.520 (52%). In the second position is Timeliness with a value of 0.150 (15%). In the third position, namely Sound & Recitation with a value of 0.135 (13.5%). In the fourth position is Attitude with a value of 0.103 (10.3%). In the fifth position is Material Preparation with a value of 0.092 (9.2%). These results indicate that the criteria weights can be used in the proces
