Abstract :
The employees have criteria that are almost close, making it difficult in the process of determining the recipient of employee rewards at PT. Caraka Mulia. A system that can help the decision making process is needed. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) because this method is considered suitable for problems like this case that have criteria. The purpose of this study is to assist in the decision making of employees who are entitled to a reward. The design of this system is using UML (Unified Modeling Language), testing the system using Black Box and database design using MySQL. The results obtained are the value of each criterion for the alternative chosen. And judging from the criteria that have the highest value that is the employee who is entitled to a reward. The conclusion of this study is the employee reward recipient decision support system can assist in the decision making process of reward recipient employees.
