Abstract :
The procurement of goods and services at BSFU STT PLN Jakarta which is currently running is still conventional, namely by inviting tenders by mail and telephone, then hold a meeting without first selecting company files and documents. The e-procurement system is effective in overcoming these problems because it can reduce fraud in the auction. The study was conducted to improve the system of procurement of goods and services at BSFU STT PLN Jakarta. The tender auction process which is still conventional in nature is changed by using an online auction or commonly referred to as e-procurement. The e-procurement application for the procurement of goods and services at BSFU STT PLN Jakarta is made using the Waterfall method as a software development system. Data collection was carried out by interview and literature study. The application will begin with the selection of files and company documents in advance to qualify for the price quote selection. The results of the study state that the e-procurement application for the procurement of goods and services at BSFU STT PLN Jakarta can facilitate BSFU employees and tenders to conduct auctions at the BSFU STT PLN
