Abstract :
The 15GB HVC Combo package is one of the best products from PT. Telkomsel. As a mainstay product, the company sets a high target for this package. But in reality many customers are reluctant to buy this package. This research was conducted to classify customers based on survey results from the customers themselves. Grouping is done by using the Web-based K-Means clustering method. The output of this application will divide customers into 4 satisfaction level clusters, which are very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, satisfied and very satisfied. This application is expected to provide accurate results so that it helps companies to make targeted promotions to customers.
