Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company that offers scholarships to its employees. At PT PLN (Persero) the Central Office system for scholarship registration conducted by employees is still manual with employees sending scholarship registration files to the Talenta division of PT. PLN Kanto Center and selection carried out by the Talenta division is still manual as well as by selecting sheets of paper from the files of employees who register. With the large number of employees who register for scholarships, the scholarship registrant's files are difficult to data and the selection of registration files carried out by the Talenta division of PT. PLN Head Office takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to help employees register scholarships and assist the Talenta division of PT. PLN Head Office in selecting scholarships with decision support systems using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria set for employees who are entitled to get a scholarship are the length of work after the employee is appointed, age, toefl score, education status, and four semesters / last employee performance appraisal.
