Abstract :
Pratama Rosni Alizar Clinic is a public service that is engaged in the field
of health. The patient administration system in Rosni Alizar Pratama Clinic is still
not computerized or still uses paper media, from managing patient data, medical
records, payment transactions to making reports, so that there are already
available which can be deleted or deleted. The design program is the best
solution for overcoming this clinic. The design of clinical information systems can
facilitate clinical staff in carrying out their duties more effectively and efficiently.
The methodology of making a system using a waterfall consisting of
requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results
of this study indicate the measurement of the quality of the information system
carried out with ISO 9126 standards obtained as follows: functionality variable is
96.7%, reliability variable is 87.3%, usability variable is 84.1%, efficiency variable
is 78.1%, maintainability variable is 74.5% and portability variable is 82.3%. And
through the percentage of results, it can be concluded that Rosni Alizar Pratama
Clinic's information system meets ISO 9126 standards with a percentage
obtained of 83.8% (Good)
