In this day and age technology has increasingly developed, with new discoveries that can help in carrying out daily activities. Maju Jaya Mobil is a shop that moves in the field of selling auto parts, especially in Toyota brand cars. This store has many consumers who are mostly busy people, so it requires sophisticated technology to make it easier for customers to access spare parts that are sold at Maju Jaya Mobil. The purpose of this application is to help customers to be able to facilitate the purchase of goods transactions and can find out the symptoms encountered when experiencing a mistake in his car, the customer can also find out the pictures and prices used on the vehicle. In addition, this application can also help store owners in storing spare part data so that it is safe and reliable. The method used in building this application is the forward chaining method, this method aims to draw conclusions from the symptoms of car damage.
