Abstract :
The sisir tarif system is the implementation of a survey to each customer
who uses electricity subsidies for business category in the Cengkareng region.
Customer data surveyed will be reviewed by the PLN until finally the report of
review are published. The implementation of the K-Nearest Neighbor method is
used as a classification method by finding the closest distance between the data
to be evaluated and the closest neighbor in the training data. The result is the
system can save time in processing customer data and can determine the
suitability of electricity subsidies in the business category according to the
attributes which has been specified. The results of the implementation of the KNN algorithm get 93% accuracy results. Where this level of accuracy is obtained
from the value of k = 3.
