Abstract :
Performance monitoring is a form of accountability and evaluation of performance, is it in accordance with the initial plan. The process of monitoring the performance achievements at PT PLN PLN Rayon Dolok bun is currently considered to be less informative because employees and leaders have not been able to monitor the performance of officers in terminating power connections in real time as well as un integrated database. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that functions to monitor the achievement of performance in the termination of electricity or work units more effectively, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that it can provide real time information to leaders and employees, to support decision making and delivery material report to the higher leadership. Related to this research, the writer uses naïve bayes method and object oriented design. The data obtained is then analyzed and illustrated using UML (Unified Modeling Laguage). The final results of this study are"Monitoring Information System Performance Of MobileBased Electrical Relationship Decision At Pt.Pln Rayon Dolok Sanggul" that can present information quickly, accurately and can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that it meets the objectives to be achieved
