Abstract :
Evaluation is a systematic analysis activity, value-giving, attributes, appresation, and recognition of problems, as well as providing solutions to problems found for the purpose of improving accountability for the performance of agencies/government work units. The main problem faced is the assessment process that still uses manual way, the absence of the examination in a level, and not the power traces of the previous document. This thesis will create a work Unit performance evaluation application by implementing the government agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) as a reference calculation and as a grading guideline for valuation. The value of the calculation will be displayed in graphical form and compared to other work units. The result of this research is displaying the evaluation assessment details of each unit, to facilitate the state personnel agency in providing budget to the unit of work
