Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Belopa is one of the distribution rayon located in Palopo Area, this rayon handles Engineering maintenance and work in the field of distribution. In handling the maintenance schedule provided by the headquarters, manual scheduling is still performed, where the distribution staff at rayon Belopa themselves manage the schedule and place to be done by the vendor, and the vendor as a field worker also still have to come directly to the office to take the schedule and SOP that have been provided. The way in handling this maintenance schedule is less effective due to taking a long time to finish. Distribution System Engineering Maintenance and Monitoring Web Applications at PT. PLN (Persero) Palopo Area Rayon Belopa is a web-based application that helps facilitate employees to schedule work to be done by vendors. Vendors themselves will also be helped by the existence of a list of work along with SOP that can be accessed directly through this web application. This web application also used the method of PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) which helps in the efficiency of scheduling the work itself. With the creation of this system, it is expected that both the Engineering staff in the field of distribution and the vendors working in the field at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Palopo Rayon Belopa can be eased to manage the scheduling of existing jobs, and can also be easier in reporting news event.
