Abstract :
Employees are one of the most important resources for any company. In
running its business, the success of the company is determined by the quality of
employees in it. To obtain qualified employees and meet the required qualifications,
the company conducts a selection process in recruiting new qualified prospective
employees. In the selection process of new employee candidates PT.
TRANSPORTINDO TRANSPARENCY especially HRD has difficulty when
determining the selected employees, the difficulty if the division manager in the
company requesting immediate addition of employees kedivisi dituju, but with the
assessment system that still use the manual, this will reduce the effectiveness of the
company will be fatal for achieving the vision the company's mission, in addition to
reducing the effectiveness of the company employees also will not last long to work
with teams and individuals when it has started to join. Based on the above problems,
there needs to be built web-based application system with Simple Addivtive
Weighted (SAW) method which later can support when taking decision selection of
new employee acceptance as an alternative to help his special company the HRD.
