Abstract :
The main purpose of this research was to analyze the productivity of the structural workers in the PADINA SOHO & RESIDENCE Project by using the work sampling method. Information about productivity level of the workers groups, especially the structural workers in the construction project so far, is still relatively few published. In assessing the level of worker productivity in the project there are many methods that can be used. However, for very accurate measurements it is difficult to do. Work sampling is one method that can be used to measure the level of productivity quite easily. The measure of productivity was obtained from this analysis is the labor utilization rate (LUR). In this research, there are three types of structural work observed, namely formwork, reinforcement, and casting. LUR obtained based on normal working hours (morning, noon, and afternoon). The result of the work sampling analysis shows that the overall LUR score on this project was 46.22%. And based on the type of work LUR value obtained for 47.95% for formwork, 43.65% for the reinforcement, and 50.73% for casting.
