Abstract :
Control Self-Assessment (CSA) is a process of evaluation control undertaken by all
process owners or people who are responsible for the unit or division that assesses
the implementation of controls whether it meets the criteria or attribute control as
stated in the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) / Control Matrix. Web application technology
was developed by the researcher using the Vue.js and spring to help the Accounting
Division of PT. PLN (Persero). This study aims to build CSA features in the form of
CSA implemetation. In addition, this technology has the ability to organize the process
of filling out the CSA Working Paper, the approval process of the assessment result
with each supervisor, and the process of signing and dispatching CSA Working Paper
carried out by the Unit or Division in charge of control specified in the control matrix or
RCM. The application was developed by using waterfall method as application design
method. By using waterfall method, the design became gradual and ordered. The
application was tested using ISO / IEC 9126-1. The test was divided into 6 (six) main
characteristics including Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Portability, and
Maintainability. The reliability of the test was 91.9% indicating that the system belongs
to ?very good? category. Thus, Control Self-Assessment feature of the Internal Control
Over Financial Reporting Application can be used to facilitate CSA implementation
through web application.
