Abstract :
In physics learning that runs in SMA 31 Jakarta, the learning process has not been effective, which can provide comfort as computerized. The reasons for the existing problems cannot become widespread, it requires a system or application that can help the learning process of newton 1, 2, and 3 legal physics become more in the minutes with the income from the design of Newton's law that can be used by ordinary teachers to help students better understand the laws of newton 1, 2 and 3 by making web-based questions and learning on an application. In order for the system to be created can run smoothly, it must use a method, this method is accelerated by using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the Waterfall method with the PHP language and MySQL database. It can be run with a very effective application, starting from the creation of master data and various kinds of things done by the teacher using an interactive process for the results that are done and the output becomes easier such as making reports and others..
