Abstract :
The process of appointment employees to PKWTT (indefinite time work
agreement) commonly referred to as permanent employees in PT Aero Systems
Indonesia is still doing by conventional ways. This process begins with a request
manager employee appointment and attach them file such as: performance result
and potential result to Human Resource (HR), for mapping based on PKWTT
employee criteria. This mapping is using a spreadsheet. The results of the
mapping will be given to manager to make a decision. This research will be repair
the conventional of appointment of employees so that it is easier in the process
of inputting criteria and decision making. Application of Decision Support of
Appointment Employees is made by using Rapid Application Development (RAD)
method as system development life cycle. In the appointment assessment
process, decision support system will be implemented by using the Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to decide the best alternative. This appication
has an email reminder feature to human resources (HR) and employee regarding
the end of employee contract. The results of this research that Application of
Decision Support of Appointment Employees to help manager in making
decisions and simplify Human Resource (HR) to perform reminder contract
employees.
