Abstract :
?Kominfo? is the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in
Indonesian government, and has the Directorate of Post and Information Control.
The Directorate is divided into several sub-directorates. One of which is SubDirectorate of Telecommunication Services. In this case, the Sub-Directorate of
Telecommunication Services has the duty to carry out the preparation of policy
formulation and implementation, formulation of norms, standards, procedures,
and criteria as well as the provision of technical guidance and evaluation in the
field of monitoring and evaluation of telecommunication services. In this SubDirectorate, the problem that often occurs is about monitoring the providers
especially in submitting annual reports which will be evaluated by the Executive
Team of the Sub-Directorate of Telecommunication Services. This research used
KPI to monitor the result of annual report of telecommunication service providers.
This method displayed dashboard in the form of performance achievement
diagram, a tool to monitor telecommunication service providers in submitting
annual report. The result of this research is the Key Performance Indicator which
contains indicator of Target, Realization, and Weight in displaying the information
system monitoring. The percentage will become performance achievement
dashboard diagram of telecommunication service providers in submitting the
reports.
