Abstract :
New installation is one of the activities in the distribution of electricity in PLN
Disjaya (Distribution Jakarta Raya), the activity requires a recommendation
system or known as the term Reksis which is managed by PLN Disjaya Planning
Division. With increasingly growing and the number of customers then increased
also new installation requests, in addition to the management and preparation of
Reksis report is still done conventionally and often takes a lot of time, this
becomes the foundation is made an application that aims to provide convenience
in making reksis practically accompanied by the determination of substations
distribution using the Floyd Warshall algorithm for users to make it easier for
planning personnel to improve the productivity of performance in new installation
activities. In this study the authors use Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
in software development with waterfall method. Software design using UML
(Unified Modeling Languange). While the design of the database using MySQL
and encoding using PHP programming language. Based on the results of this
research, Reksis Application by utilizing Floyd Warshall algorithm is a solution to
reduce the problems that exist in PT.PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya
Bulungan Area in making of report of reksis and determination of supply plan for
new installation activity specially in determining the nearest distribution
substation from the customer's home.
