Abstract :
This application is designed in accordance with the information needs that are increasingly advanced and in line with the development of computer technology that is very fast, both in terms of hardware and software. The amount of data and files that customers do not match when registering online causes a waiting list that hampers business processes that occur at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Cengkareng. The author designs a web-based application and conducts an application-making research that serves to build a system for handling new customer priority priorities and changes in PLN power and can facilitate customers in obtaining notification of applications that have been submitted, in this case the author focuses on the PHP programming language as its output. The method uses the Multi Factor Evaluation Process method for the process. The Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) takes a multi-factor decision because in the process of selecting the best alternative for this writing is to use a "weighting system", where the method is a quantitative method. Therefore this application can be useful to facilitate customers in obtaining information on applications submitted to PLN and employees can determine priorities for handling new pairs of customers and power changes, so that the installation process will be easier and can avoid the waiting list.
