Abstract :
BLUD RSUD.H.Padjonga Daeng Ngalle is one of the hospitals in Takalar District, Makassar, South Sulawesi, which is the only hospital destination of the community, especially in Takalar Region. Including patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Diabetes Melltius or more commonly known as diabetes. Medically, the notion of Diabetes Mellitus extends to a set of aspects of symptoms that arise in a person caused by an increase in blood sugar (hyperglucemia) due to insulin deficiency. At this hospital precisely in the Nutritionist who regulates nutrition and all kinds of food menu in the kitchen for the patients, but input food menu and food menu determination is still done manually so as not to close the possibility of many food patients, especially patients Diabetes experience menu errors and not its optimal determination of the food. So needed a system that can assist in the process of determining the food in accordance with the needs of input by using logic Fuzzy Mamdani reasoning in the processing of input and output data. This application is created in the form of mobile web to facilitate the role of the Nutritionist, and officers of the kitchen at the Hospital. With the creation of this system, it is expected that nutritionists at H.Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital can be facilitated to manage the diet of Diabetes patients easily and at the same time to know how many levels of calories in each food in the input. The system will also record the age, sex, height, weight and record blood sugar levels. From the results of these records the system will determine a healthy diet that is suitable for diabetics.
