Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) at Cengkareng area from January to April 2018 has registered 3347 pre-paid kWh damage reports with an average workmanship of more than 15 working days per disturbance report. Whereas in the operational standard of workmanship that is 5 working days per disturbance report. In determination the installation of damage to prepaid kWh in the Cengkareng area, it didn't yet determine which customers will prioritize the installation first. The author applies the Tsukamoto fuzzy method to determine which customers would be prioritized by use 2 variables calles distance and time of report, with this application the results obtained could facilitate PLN officers in performing electrical disturbances, so the interference handling could be quickly resolved. In determination level of accuracy produces a value of 0.98 with very good results
