Abstract :
This study attempts to help facilitate the customers purna bakti in Bank XYZ authenticate originally use detection fingerprint fingers become detection the face.authentication system is made by using a method of eigenface and use of web-camera input. Face recognition program showed the results of the introduction of customers who have been stored in a database.Testing the use of expressions smile, right position, and left position without expression in 5 people and 20 facial expressions.Prosentase the success of facial recognition is 75 %.Several factors affecting the success of the introduction of the lighting on the face, the distance face with a web-cam, many a picture of a face one who is and computer performance used.
